GOLD-FILLED WARRANTY TERMS

For a period of 1 year

Coverage:

Manufacturing Defects: In cases where the customer receives products with defects such as imperfections in soldering points, malfunctioning clasps, detachment in the jewelry's weaves, oxidized or discolored parts showing poor adhesion of the gold-filled layer, the customer is responsible for inspecting the conditions of the items within 10 business days of receipt. They can then notify and request a warranty for manufacturing defects.

Quality: If discoloration and peeling of the gold layer covering the jewelry occur due to conditions inherent to the piece and not due to physical damage caused by the customer or a third party, it is covered. However, clasps and terminals are excluded from this provision.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Enlargement or deformation of the weave due to use and pressure.
  • Deterioration of the gold layer due to exposure to acids or strong chemicals.
  • Detachment of the weave or components of the jewelry due to force, including involuntary cases.
  • Degradation of the gold layer due to misuse, accumulation of dirt and moisture due to lack of hygiene and care, and overexposure to extreme or corrosive environmental conditions.
  • Use of chemicals or shining creams not suitable for gold-filled items.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:

Customers have the right to request a refund if they are not satisfied with the product upon receipt. They have 5 business days to inform their request for a money refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to Davman Persa S.A.S. within 10 business days, with the customer covering the shipping costs. The item should show no signs of use, and the money will be refunded within 15 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES AND WARRANTY:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, both outbound and return shipping.

EXCHANGES:

Customers can request a size or item exchange within 8 business days of receiving the item. If exchanging for a higher-value item, the customer must pay the difference. If the item is of lower value, the customer will receive a credit that can be used within 1 year.

TOLERANCE IN SIZING:

Sizing measurements provided are approximations, with variations of plus or minus 0.7 centimeters.

SIZES:

If not specified or clarified by the customer, the following sizes will be sent:

  • Couple bracelets: one 18 cm and the second 16 cm. If 16 cm is unavailable, two 18 cm bracelets will be sent.
  • Men's bracelets: size 18 cm, or size 20 cm if 18 cm is unavailable.
  • Women's bracelets: size 16 cm, or size 18 cm if 16 cm is unavailable.
  • Men's chain: 60 cm, or 50 cm if 60 cm is unavailable.
  • Women's chain: 45 cm, or 50 cm if 45 cm is unavailable.

JEWELRY PARTS:

Each piece sold individually or as part of a set constitutes a separate jewelry piece. Therefore, in the case of refund, warranty, or exchange needs where only one piece fails, the resolution will only apply to the faulty piece.

LIFETIME WARRANTY REFERENCE:

For silver items with a lifetime warranty, it refers to the material and physicochemical properties of 925 silver. Claims can be made if the material reacts abnormally, indicating it is not genuine silver. Excluded from this warranty are detachment of the weave or mechanisms and natural silver reactions altering color, texture, or flexibility.

ERROR IN SHIPPING DATA:

The company is not responsible for errors in shipping data provided by the customer. In case of our error, we will cover additional shipping costs.

CUSTOMIZATION:

No changes, returns, or refunds are accepted for personalized pieces, such as engraved rings.

CONTENT OF PIECES:

Jewelry may contain metals such as gold, copper, tin, zinc, silver, aluminum, iron, steel, phosphorus, manganese, silicon, rhodium, and chromium. Traces of regulated metals like nickel, cadmium, and lead may also be present. The jewelry is considered hypoallergenic or nickel-free when the release rates are below certain thresholds. The company is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by prolonged contact or use of the jewelry.
